"After staying at more "historic" properties earlier in my trip, this newer hotel was the right choice at the end. More spacious, American-style room - everything new and working - hot water and water pressure. I loved the self check-in but I'm techy and there was a human being there if you weren't up for it. Something I had to figure out on my own is that there's a slot to put your room key card into in the room and if you don't do that, the lights don't work. Quiet location on a side street, still close to lots of things."

"Exceptionally clean property and rooms. All staff says hello and are very attentive to any requests. The breakfast buffet is great and has a awesome variety. At the buffet, all choices are always full and the staff quickly bring coffee or tea unless you want to make your our speciality coffee. Would return in a heartbeat."

"Absolutely wonderful!! Extremely helpful and polite staff. Rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was a real treat. Hot kitchen with all the usual breakfast items plus baked beans and black pudding. Wide variety of cut fruits, breads and pastries. Overall, my family and I loved our stay."

"Room was very large and clean. Complimentary bottled water. The restaurant/bar had great food. Rooms were soundproof so didn’t hear noise from neighbors. All the rooms do not have AC, ours did not but with the window open and small fan they provide temperature was good. Shower had great water pressure. Onsite parking is available with gas station next door. Didn’t expect much for an “airport hotel”, but it was great-very surprised."

"Excellent location. Staff were very accommodating and super helpful. Even allowed me and my elderly mom to check in early after our long flight from Canada. Very much appreciated! Easy walk into main downtown area-15 minutes or so. Breakfast was buffet style but very good. Loads of food choices. AC! Very much appreciated as it was unusually hot when we were there. There was a taxi rank outside on the main road and usually had cabs waiting. Would definitely stay again."
