"The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. Went 2 days without replacing towels, emptying bins even though the room information advised this was daily, and had no door hanger to request services. Upon further query, they don't provide daily service unless asked. First set of bedding had holes, the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the room was noisy throughout the night. "After a quick trip to Sorsogon we booked with Uma for the continuation of our Bicol visit. The front desk look and behaved professionally, the dining staff was very attentive and the housekeeping was very thorough.
