"The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are friendly, and overall we had a great stay. The room was excellent the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff at reception and throughout the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. One downside is that for a 4-star hotel you need to book the pool in advance because it’s shared with a gym club. Also, the hotel makes it look like they have a jacuzzi, but in reality they don’t. We also ordered room service, which was fairly average. For the price, the steak wasn’t good enough. We ordered roast vegetables but received boiled ones instead, and surprisingly the food was delivered without basic sides like salt or sauces. Overall, I’d rate the food about 6/10."

"All the staff were amazing! The front staff was very friendly and easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about the area. Restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. Jenn and Jack were amazing, we asked about places to see in Belfast and they both told us about a sightseeing tours to check out the city.. Such a delightful experience. If we ever are able to return to Ireland I would definitely return to this hotel. Very highly recommended!!"

"We loved our stay there. It was all comfortable and newly remodeled. The beds and pillows were cozy and comfy. The kitchen chairs were comfortable.,took advantage of the washer and dryer, and TV. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. There was a grocery and gas station very close also. I would recommend it to anyone. "
