"The Sutton House was the perfect place to stay after a full day on the Black River. The house was huge and so clean! The owner had quick communication and there were so many wonderful little extras. The house is extremely well stocked! We did not need to bring anything or do anything. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area. "

(Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon and potatoes and many other options)They used real dishes and silverware. Real glass drinking glasses in the room as well. Plenty of coffee packets in the room so we didnt have to always ask for more. Appliances worked perfectly and were.clean. Just a nice overall experience. "

"Everything was perfect! This was easily the most convenient, clean and comfortable home we've rented. Walking distance within a great little Mexican restaurant, a dollar general and an ATM right across the street...but still felt private and secluded. The home has everything you need, and all the little details you didn't know you needed. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to messages, and gave great suggestions on local things to do. Five stars all the way around, could not recommend this stay enough!"
