Beautiful waterfront view of marinas and boating. The cottage is located in Sunset Bay on large plot of land on Cattaraugus Creek located at the end of a dead end street. A lot of privacy with a short walk to public and private beaches and beach bars/restaurants that provide entertainment almost daily/nightly. A boat dock is available for an extra fee on the property. Great area for water sports: kayaking, boating, swimming, wind surfing, etc..
