"We enjoyed our stay at the Ranger House. The lake was beautiful and fishing was decent. It’s an 8 min walk to the lake so we drove down for fishing. We had fun learning about the property’s previous owner Harry Bennett and looking for the previous Boy Scout buildings. Steve was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend this rental! "

"The campground is being updated as it used to be a church camp. Cabin #1 is a cinder block cabin with 3 bedrooms, one shower/toilet/sink room and a common area for relaxing and eating. It was well decorated and comfortable. It has A/C and a couple fans. They thought of everything when they updated this place. The building with the restrooms is also a comfortable place to play games or watch movies. We were able to kayak and enjoy the river easily. We are looking forward to coming back again."

"The stay was really nice. We rented the cabin for my boyfriends birthday. It was a total of five of us. We had a nice quiet enjoyable time and the area is great. The cabins decor fit the setting great. I would love to go back and stay at the same cabin. We drove in from Illinois and honestly the drive to the cabin was beautiful, wouldn’t mind doing it again. "We stayed two nights. First night, we had crystal clear skies for a fantastic view of dark sky stars while soaking in the hot tub. Second night, we experienced one of the most awesome sunsets of the year while soaking in the hot tub. We could not have asked for more!"

"Our cabin was very clean, and had every amenity you could think of: plenty of towels, dishes, cups, pots/pans, microwave, outdoor fire pit and well-manicured yard. We had cabin #3 with a breathtaking view of the lake. Will definitely stay here again!"
