"The front entrance of the hotel was very nice and appeared modern but the room was very outdated and unfortunately smelt like cigarette smoke upon arrival. The room and rest of the hotel including the thermal spa area seemed grimy and in need of repairs/updated. The tv inside the room was also the size of a laptop monitor. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent and provided options. Overall a fine stay but would not stay again. "

"Yes, in the street which runs past the hotel there are shops and bar. Walk one way takes you to the Castle the other to the ports and ferry. The street is pedestrianised, but that is Italian style---so look out for cars , motor bikes etc. "

"The location is great but lot of the service don’t work the restaurant was closed for lunch or dinner ,the phone in the room didn’t work but charged 4 euro to bring the breakfast in the room but I had to go downstairs !! If you wanted a pool towel they wanted ten euro a day mmm"
