Greatly surprised for this B&B it was clean and facilities were great, staff was helpful and the area outside can be hard to judge at the beggining it is very quiet and safe, great views of the port of Naples and close to supermarkets and metro and bus stations, awesome stay for a small budget

It was in walking distance to all attractions. Close to a great restaurant and the unit was modern and renovated. It was also close to the port which was great! I would recommend!

Nice stay in Napoli

Really nice stay, Nice staff who made our stay joyful. Good location of the B&B both for the connection to the airport but also walking distance to interesting spots or connection to Metro. Location is in the center so many good restaurants nearby.

Great location and family friendly

We stayed in the suite with 2 balconies, both rooms had fully working Airconditions. The rooms had coffee tea a kettle a smaller hob , a fridge and mini bar. A big spacious bathroom. We would definitely stay here again , it was perfect for a family with a toodler. The terras for drinks and breakfast overlooks the harbour. There was lift (even if small). Best thing was the very friendly and helpful staff in the reception and the location it self if perfect for a city break! And close to everything!

Very friendly staff, fresh pastry breakfast

The staff at B&B Cortese was so friendly, helpful, and so welcoming. The breakfast was really a treat. There is very little prepared to order, but the baked goods were excellent, the coffee nice and strong, and the yogurt home-made. From the cafe terrace you have a view of the harbor and a lovely clock tower that seems to be being restored. The rooms were clean and nicely stocked, not spacious but room enough to feel comfortable moving about. The hotel is just next to the University Metro station and so convenient for getting about.

Very nice property. Great breakfast with delicious fresh croissants daily. Very clean. Love having a little balcony. Only 10 min walk to ferry port and catel nuovo. The street towards the north of the property is much nicer to walk and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It can be noisy and there are two outdoor restaurants next to the building. People go crazy when there is a soccer/ football game. Overall for Naples its a pretty decent area and very convenient.

We had our door left open by cleaning staff while we were out. Thankfully nothing was missing...I reported it to front desk. Other than that incident, the room was comfortable and breakfast was always pleasant on the roof terrace. Good location to catch the metro or walk to major sights. Quiet neighborhood but expect the church bell to go off every 15 min starting at 7am. We got used to it though.

Excellent conditions in the apartment but due to not clear communication in the email we were unable to get inside the apartment for a while. Nobody was answering the chat or calls. We were fortunate that some people came and were able to help us get in. This was past midnight and we were really uncomfortable and pretty desperate… We would suggest more clear instructions for late checkin on how to reach the key.

The room was clean but the rest of the hotel areas were dirty and musty smelling. The area around the property was very rough although decently close to tourist locations. The hotel wanted to charge 2.50 euros for each new towel used so that was disappointing given how much we paid for the room. It was also impossible to get a taxi in the area. I would not stay here again.

I paid for the hotel when I got there as this was the option I selected. They then charged a different card £105 for no reason, the staff said they couldn't help me as they didn't do it and there was nothing they could do. I even showed them on my banking, it was the hotel name on the transaction. I will now have to report them with my bank when I get home. For this reason I would never book this apartment again. Its basicallg fraud!
