"Fedy, who managed the property was lovely, however the house was rather dirty, dirty fridge, creature droppings, dusty, dirty bathroom, etc. The shower has no hot water. Not many kitchen supplies (only 2 forks, for example)The pump ran on for an unknown reason making a loud screechy noise. It was therefore shut off at 10pm and we were given a bucket of water so we could flush the toilet. "Upon arrival.. the property floors was covered in dust and debris. The sheets and pillows on the bed in the master bedroom was filthy and had a terrible smell of a man body odor. Master bathroom smell like old urine and the mirror had white spots on it. Both master bathroom rugs was dirty and had black debri on them. Ms. Ashley was very prompt in replying to my inquiries and made all the arrangements to pick us up from the airport and transfer us to her property. This house has an amazing view and it is a very well maintained property. Red Frog Beach Resort staff was very courteous. Overall this was a wonderful experience."

"This property is amazing, we had Monkeys and Sloths right in our front and back yard. Getting around was quick and easy with just a call or text for a ride, the house is well equiped and the pool is refreshing. The beaches near by are beautiful."
