We had a few issues with the pool and hot tub, but maintenance responded very promptly. I would definitely recommend the door-to-door transportation.. We will definitely go back."

"This was our 2nd time to Isla Mujeres - the first time at Casa Paraiso - we would definitely stay there again. It was easy to get to the rest of the island - we went downtown and to Playa Norte. We were able to walk to breakfast about 1/2 a mile to a coffee shop which served breakfast. Everything was perfect in the in the house."

All the conveniences of home, maximum 10 minute walk to Punta Sur, Kin Ha and Garrafin. Quick taxi or bus ride to north beach. Pool and patio are lovely! Would definitely recommend and stay again! "

"Villa Valera was the perfect house for our family trip. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location on the south end of the island. It was an easy walk to Punta Sur and several nearby restaurants. The hosts were helpful and easy to work with. Views from the main deck and upper level were hard to beat and the pool area was nicely landscaped. Would stay here again!"

"Absolutely stunning location and so clean and safe. Pool was lovely and the staff are so amazing and nice Only downside is the music that lasts for hours into the night. Perhaps it was Easter, but boy lasting until after midnight is challenging We will definitely be back "

"The staff is absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and helpful in every way. Food was good but more restaurant options would be nice. I’m not a fan of buffets, although there were so many options I never was hungry. Other than that, a wonderful stay!"

Hotel Riu Latino - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"This was our first real vacation in 5 years and an 8-year late anniversary trip for ourselves. I booked it through Expedia and had a great experience. Itineraries were emailed separately with confirmations and everything went smoothly. I got this trip for about 1800 a person and have seen it gone up as high as about $2,400 during peak season. It was about a 40-minute drive from Cancun airport. The hotel is a fairly new Rio and is absolutely beautiful! The grounds are well maintained daily. The staff is super friendly and speaks very good English. Mostly the food and drink is decent and fresh and neither me or my husband got sick during the stay which was a plus. It is in Costa mujera so it is definitely out of the city so it's a more relaxed Vibe if that's what you're looking for, but we absolutely loved it. The beach is long, both North and South so you can have daily walks I booked a partial ocean view room and they upgraded us to a full ocean view which was very nice for our anniversary. Our room was a corner room, it was I think a bit bigger than usual. So very spacious and clean with no mold stains, dirt or bugs anywhere and are air-condition and fan worked perfectly the whole stay. You can walk to the pools in like 3 minutes from pretty much anywhere on the property and the Beach is another 2 minutes away. Overall we had an amazing stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for an all-inclusive adult only resort!"
