"The house has a fantastic view. What was not mentioned is that it is literally 97 steps to get to it. When it rains some of the path way is very muddy. One of the wooden steps is not attached. There are chickens and roosters all around which is entertaining except when the roosters start crowing at 2am. "We stayed at Steve’s cabin for the last two nights of our trip to Bocas. The property was everything we wanted, beautiful views, relaxing, and a quick walk to restaurants and water taxis. Steve went out of his way to be helpful and friendly. Gave us great recommendations and great convo. Basti is a very cool island with amazing food and culture. I will 100% stay at Steve’s again."

"Upon arrival.. the property floors was covered in dust and debris. The sheets and pillows on the bed in the master bedroom was filthy and had a terrible smell of a man body odor. Master bathroom smell like old urine and the mirror had white spots on it. Both master bathroom rugs was dirty and had black debri on them. Host was very communicative, and property manager was on site in a separate home and assisted us immediately when we had any questions.
