"Es un lugar con estancia tranquila, sin embargo no hubo recepcion para check in, ni check out, tardan en responder, los servicios que incluye no son los adecuados ya que no habia elegido una habitacion así, las toallas estaban rotas, el jabon de baño era muy caduco, la estufa no contaba con gas y solo estaba de adorno, nos confiamos y no pudimos almorzar en casa, el servicio de limpieza llega muy tarde y no regresan. No dan solucion a los problemas, solo mencionan que lo reportaran,...

"Pictures look better than the actual place. Location was great! But the noise situation was out of hand. Too loud in the morning -we were right next to reception and the music playing in the morning at 7:30 am was unnecessary. I’m Not sure what happened, but we all left with bug bites- either Bed bugs or spiders… "

"Perfect introduction to the island of Holbox. The staff made our stay excellent, and our room was good. Breakfast was included and it was good. The location was great, away from the noise and close enough to walk. It is pet friendly too. We recommend! "
