"We loved the house. Plenty of space for all of us. We loved that there was plenty of space to park our cars and trailers. Sand trails for riding around the corner. Very private beach and was basically our backyard. Would recommend this place to anybody. "

"House was ok, little far(20 miles) from main city. No direct access to the beach, had to go through empty lot.We were fine with it as our goal was to spend quality time with our friends and family which we did until the power went off(Low power so no AC or dim lights or fans running as well as stove not working). Called owner and they sent some one who did not know how to fix the issue. Asked around other houses and they all had power. Owner offered to give us another house which was 30 min away which we did not accept as we have to pack everything and unpack for a stay which is less then 24hours. We explained the same but owner refused to refund us the money because she offered a alternative place. Others might be ok with alternative option but for our group it was not worth it but definitely a disappointing experience for us as we expected a better service in terms of refund. This is our 11th year visiting Rocky point and we had good experiences with other VRBO's."
