"Any one who has a dog, i want you to know the front area is huge (where you park) and it’s completely walled off and secure for your pups. the back of the house has a beautiful porch and opens right onto the beach. the property was easy to find the host provided good directions. check in was very easy and we checked in late at night no issues. the host is friendly and accommodating. the house is very cozy very quaint feels like a home we settled in quickly and we didn’t want to leave. the host says don’t lower the ac to much we were here first week of september and honestly we didn’t touch the ac the house was cold if anything i do remember we turned it up a bit in the bedroom. if you want to be in town it’s a bit of a drive but there is no traffic and it’s a straight shot to town pretty much and the walmart is easy to get to. we didn’t mind the drive or being out of town. las conchas has the tide pools this beach was perfect for swimming my nephew refuses to get out the water and got sunburn lol. we would love to return it checked all the boxes honestly we’d move into the neighborhood if we could lol."

"Todd and Lori were amazing hosts! They were very responsive with questions during our stay. Their home in Rocky Point is perfect for a relaxing beach stay. The house was nice and clean with all of the kitchen utensils you could ever need. There were plenty of bath towels for all of the bathrooms. All of the rooms had comfortable beds and plenty of space throughout the house. There was lots of patio seating and the house is 10 steps from the sand. There were many extra games/books/sand & ocean toys available for use as well. Amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. Check in and Check out was super easy! We made some terrific memories during our stay. Thank you again Todd and Lori for sharing your home with us! We will be back. Best Jules"

"We travel to RP many times a year & the good rentals go very quickly; especially since we have to travel with our dogs and we can only stay for a couple of nights. Last minute trips (as in we can leave tomorrow) don’t always work out and I never have high hopes when I try to find somewhere to stay. I reached out to a couple of different places, hoping that someone would even get back to me quickly enough. Kim responded immediately and said that a 2 night rental was not a problem at all. The very green house was immaculate and the proximity to the water was perfect! We would definitely come back. Thank you!"

"Amazing home. Our issue were low stocked items (toilet paper /paper towels) Fridge also doesn’t cool well. We reported it and they were supposed to send someone, never happened. Also the water resort is misleading and is a huge hassle to even utilize. Otherwise the home was extremely clean, towels were supplied in excess. Beds were comfortable and the views are amazing."
