"Our family loves this house! It is perfect for us. Plenty of beds and space. Had the best stocked kitchen, if you like to cook for the family. Beatriz is so quick at responding and helping with whatever we need. The AC in the bedrooms works great! The only issue we had is the downstairs AC was having issues getting down to temp. It froze over quite a few times. But we just turned it off , let it thaw and then brought it down to temp. But it probably ends to be serviced"

"Casa Cortez could not have been more perfect. Kim and Barney are great hosts and the house is well stocked with everything one could possibly need or want; they truly know what guests need and make it a clean, comfortable, welcoming environment. Communication was quick and friendly, they make you feel like a personal guests. We can't wait to stay at this property again - we've been coming to these outer beaches for 30 years and this has been our favorite property (shhh...don't tell anyone....we want to keep it all to ourselves). Best beach. Best house. Best hosts. Hands down!"

"We had such a wonderful stay here. The house was beautiful, clean, and the private beach honestly made the whole trip. Todd was super responsive and made everything really easy from start to finish. He made sure we had everything we needed and even sent recommendations for things to do, which we really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having a good experience. We would definitely stay here again."

"This house was extremely clean, not only inside but outside the whole property. Love the tile floors throughout no carpet to get all the sand in. big back patio to be able to sit back and relax and very close to the water less than 50 yards. Very well stocked with everything towels, kitchen, fully stocked, books, games, everything. Barney gave us a call in the afternoon right after we checked in just checking on us to make sure that we got through the border OK and everything was good and if we needed anything to give them a call. This is one of our newest go to places as we get down to Rocky point several times a year. Would definitely recommend this to anybody."

"It was a lovely property on a lovely beach. Ample room for our party of four plus a golden Retriever. So wonderful to find this dog-friendly place. Also included were privileges at the Mayan and we were able to use the pool there, also. Everything was wonderful and we appreciate the help provided by Alma and Carmen!"

"House was very clean. Towels in upstairs front bathroom old worn and unmatched. Other bathrooms ok. Not enough kitched towels. No extra paper towels. Had to go to office for a roll...should always be an extra 5 gal bottle of water in the house. Also should not need to go to office to get one. Good kitchen appliances. Screen doors...both came off rails and had to be put back on. The downstairs one gets a lot of use. Beach wonderful. "
