"Great location, clean and well-kept, secure parking behind a private gate, and beautiful beach views with direct access to the sand. The large, open concept living/dining/kitchen is comfortable, bright and inviting. The bedrooms are comfortable - just be warned, only 1 TV in the living room, but you're on vacation anyway! There is a newer, lower tier to the patio with pavers (in the pics it's sand and plants below the fire pit level) that is awesome - it's like you're sitting right on the beach.Another plus - for those who have never been to Puerto Penasco, the tide goes out very far during low tide. Most of the surrounding beach is very rocky when the tide goes out, but this house is situated directly in front of a sand bar, so there's pretty much clear sand all the way to the water.Walmart is right down the street, and we found it very easy to drive to and from the Malecon area for fantastic seafood.We were a little confused finding the place because the numbering system is screwy - sections 7 and 8 come first, so you think you've missed section 6 where the house is located, but 6 is actually after 7 and 8 for some reason! We drove back to the very helpful security post at the front and had a good laugh!We will definitely look to re-book this location!"

"We came down for mother's Day weekend ages couple 19, couple 30, couple 30, single 55 single 80. The house was amazing, they have a coffee pot and pod coffee maker, pots, pans, bakeware, drink wear in glass and plastic for pool area. Individual air conditioners in each room. Perfect soaking pool. Seating was great for all 8 of us plenty of room for us all and beach entrance one house down."
