"Love the property but the spa facial wasn’t so great. I got the $135 spa package for my daughter and I and the massage was great and tranquil, the facial however was a dismal. All they did was put stuff on our face and leave and then a few minutes later come back and take it off and put more stuff on face and then leave and so forth. On top of that, we were suppose to get a 60 minute facial and it ended up being 45 minutes. I told the guy and all they did was discount $5. Like no!!! I rather...

Everything you want in a high end resort without a huge price tag. This was my first trip to Penasco and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to book a trip. Beautiful views of the sea of Cortez. Nice clean property very well kept. Rooms have ice cold a/c are cleaned daily with full kitchen and all the amenities of a condo . One thing is no tv at the pool bar to watch football but other than that I couldn’t find anything wrong with this property "
"The staff here are awesome! He doesn't speak English but he understands it pretty well. Its a busy location and can get loud but it comes with the territory since the hotel is on the main road. I've stayed here twice and parking/vehicle safety was never an issue. Really good restaurant directly across the street. The rooms were clean and updated. No elevator but we stayed on the 5th floor just for the beautiful sunset. "
"The place was well maintained for its age. Staff was friendly and house keeping did a good job. The surprising thing was the restaurant bar was an American Legion Post 15. Service was exceptional but they only take cash no credit cards. Dollars or pesos accepted. "
