Eat out, golf supermarket, low traffic, good walking experiences all right outside the door of this elegantly designed resi and hotel apt. complex. We stayed in a one bedder with balconies both sides, a manly man man size TV, cooking facs and views, stunning interesting views over the neighbourhood, mountains and the ocean islands. Stay here you'll like...

"Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

The shuttle to town or the beach was always readily available and they were quick to pick you up when you were ready to leave. Into town was only about a 5 minute ride. "From the start this place was a nightmare! First of all it’s not in Cannes, it’s in the bad area outside of it.bathroom had black mold, building was disgusting, we were followed by 5 men at one point and we had to hide in the store across the street. Host never answered my emails.it’s smaller than what it appears, pillows had black stains. They don’t provide cleaning products but expect you to leave the place clean or you’ll be charged, do not stay here specially if you have kids!!!!"

"The Hotel Beua Rivage was a great palce to stay for my first time in Nice. It is situated right at the begining of Old Nice. I could easily walk into the new part of Nice or the old section from this hotel. It is just acros the street from the beach on the Mediterranean. I easily found my way around and enjoyed walking, biking and outdoor dining."
