The location of the hotel was great. Close to many good restaurants, shopping, train and beach. All of the staff were great especially the very helpful Esmeralda at the front desk. The hotel was quiet at night and while the pool is small, the surrounding seating areas are lovely. The breakfast is a bit underwhelming but everything else was very nice.

Overall property is good and centrally located but in our room the shower drain was not working for the duration of our trip. Instead switching rooms the receptionist poured something down the drain to attempt to fix the issue. We went to dinner and came back and this was not resolved. We reported the matter again next morning and they stated that maintenance would come while we were out to look at the matter. We went out for the day and when we got back the issue was not fixed. This made our stay unpleasant , if this issue was resolved then the stay would have been a 5 out of 5.

The perfect hotel - my new home away from home. Everything about the hotel was top tier. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything and a block away from Croisette Beach. The property is fantastic with a wonderful pool area with lots of seating. The room was large and very comfortable, including a small balcony. The wifi was so fast that Netflix never had to buffer. The AC worked well which was necessary given how hot it was. The breakfast buffet was an added bonus. But most of all, it was the service that really made the stay as good as it was. Absolutely top tier customer service from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful and there was never anything they wouldn’t do for you. The staff were very friendly, always saying hello with a smile on their face, and even left a personalized welcome note with a free drink at the downstairs bar. Overall this hotel was absolutely perfect. It was my first stay in the south of France but certainly not my last, and Hotel Le Canberra is my new home away from home. Highly recommend.

What Liked: Prime Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot. Located right on Rue d'Antibes, you are steps away from high-end shopping and only a short 5-minute walk from La Croisette and the beach. Pool & Garden Area: The heated outdoor pool set inside a quiet Mediterranean garden is a rare gem for a city center hotel. It felt like a peaceful retreat after spending the day exploring. Boutique Vibe & Rooms: Clean, stylish, and comfortable design. The double glazing works very well—despite being on a bustling shopping street, the room was virtually silent at night. Service: The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful with local restaurant recommendations and organizing transport. What Could Be Improved: Room Size: Standard rooms are on the cozy/smaller side, typical for historic Cannes buildings, so if you're traveling with multiple large suitcases, consider upgrading to a Privilege Room or Suite. The hotel location could not be better, right on the Main Street where shops and restaurants are and with only two min walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly, specially the night time receptionists he was so helpful and attentive. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of things. I highly recommend this hotel.

A very good four star hotel perfectly located in the mid of Cannes four minutes walk from the Croisette. Nice ambiance and efficient staff. With the pool it is like an oasis in the city.

The staff were really lovely, always pleasant, very helpful and happy to accommodate requests. Central location great for eating out, shopping, and a short walk to bus and train station. We used the pool both days and it was always clean, although small, it’s deep at one end making it a great pool to cool off in and sun beds around to get drinks from the bar. Would definitely recommend and come back to if we’re in Cannes again, thank you we had a great stay.

Hotel had a convenient location walking distance to train/bus station for transport to Nice Airport. Bus “Zou” to/from airport cost around 14€. Hotel staff were kind and helpful. Did not try the breakfast but is looked a bit boring any plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Hotel is situated at a busy street so expect noise. Rooms fine, beds ok

Stunning, You must stay

Simply perfection!!! The hotel is stunning building. Fantastic location, 5 min walk to train station, 2 min to the beach front. The hotel from the exterior is an old building however inside it's modern, clean stunning. The room is great size, everything you will need is there. The pool isn't huge but just right to cool off. The staff throughout great. I will 100% be coming back here.
