Stayed over Labor Day weekend it was great the staff were amazing and the use of the amenities between the three resorts is amazing. You get the perks and come back to a very large room and quiet setting. Great place to stay.

Great location with many restaurants nearby & close to lots of local attractions. Our room was laid out really well with 2 queen size beds, large closet, & huge TV. Then down a hall into the living room, then to a dining area & kitchen with microwave, small fridge, sink & coffee maker. All in all a well thought out design.

We had a wonderful stay in the BOTE House. Perfect for a small family and dogs with the fenced in yard. The staff was great and very accommodating. The access to the other resorts and amenities is also a huge plus. We will definitely be back!

The big drawback is the weather, specifically the high humidity. The property was well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It would have been nice if they had an included breakfast buffet like some other places in the country. The sargassum was horrible but they did try to clear it every day. They do say they are pet friendly and I did see 1 dog there.They do have bicycles, kayaks (single and double), and SUP boards for use.

It’s definitely not a five star hotel but the staff is incredibly helpful . the floor was not clean saw a few hairs in the bathroom that were not mine. Coffee maker broke down. They brought me another one and when I complained about that one there was silence. But the staff is incredibly nice and always willing to help. Furniture need some serious upgrade in the kitchen area

I’ve been coming here for years and last visited in 2023, it seems management has left the property depreciate. The property was well maintained and the staff was excellent but you pay a premium to stay in the cottages and they were pretty run-down and neglected. There is no more continental breakfast, you pay $15 for a box of food or $5 for a bagel or pastry. The pool has some weird black algae, and when I asked about it, they really didn’t have an answer. Needless to say, we didn’t use the pool. The marina was fine but it would be nice if they hired a marine cleanup company to maintain the area in and around the marina floor, it was pretty nasty and it wasn’t as bad years past. They also no longer had marina carts to tote your stuff to and from the boat. The on property games were missing pieces, the tiki lights didn’t work, the light and ceiling fan in my room didn’t work, etc. I’m hoping they renovate to bring the issues up to speed because it really is one of my favorite spots….its sad to see it so neglected. For now, the stay is not worth the money.
