We stayed 2 nights. Great location. I've chose to add an honest review as most of reviews say one word and that's really not a review. Unfortunately the pictures do not depict the property as shown on this website (note a lot are 6 years old and wear tear have taken their toll!!) The resort IS apparently getting a make over in October 2026, (I was told they are closing) unsure if it's ALL units or just a few. I requested a room change as my neighbors left their dog barking as they had fun drinking by the pool - so NOT right. Please don't bring your pet and leave it if it's going to constantly bark. The space of the rooms are decent, bathrooms are small!! Outdated, not shown as in the pictures, no fan so the mirror fogged up alot. The kitchen has a small fridge and microwave, NO cutlery nor plates. provided. The couches are filthy - I guess house-keeping overlooks this where some fabric cleaner would work wonders. The curtain rollers were broken, only 1 side closed. The paddle boards / canoes were free and we took advantage which was a plus. You can take a bike but the road outside is quite busy. There is a boat ride that you can take between the other 2 sister resorts, but does not ride if the tide is low as it can't enter this community. The beach is not swimable, more of a boat ramp.Hot breakfast (eggs bacon, sausage) is $15, not $10 as listed - pastries/bagels/muffins are $5 each. Free coffee no tea. We'd come back if they really DO update this resort.

Stayed over Labor Day weekend it was great the staff were amazing and the use of the amenities between the three resorts is amazing. You get the perks and come back to a very large room and quiet setting. Great place to stay.

I’ve been coming here for years and last visited in 2023, it seems management has left the property depreciate. The property was well maintained and the staff was excellent but you pay a premium to stay in the cottages and they were pretty run-down and neglected. There is no more continental breakfast, you pay $15 for a box of food or $5 for a bagel or pastry. The pool has some weird black algae, and when I asked about it, they really didn’t have an answer. Needless to say, we didn’t use the pool. The marina was fine but it would be nice if they hired a marine cleanup company to maintain the area in and around the marina floor, it was pretty nasty and it wasn’t as bad years past. They also no longer had marina carts to tote your stuff to and from the boat. The on property games were missing pieces, the tiki lights didn’t work, the light and ceiling fan in my room didn’t work, etc. I’m hoping they renovate to bring the issues up to speed because it really is one of my favorite spots….its sad to see it so neglected. For now, the stay is not worth the money.

Rooms could be cleaner and furniture requires updating. Overall a great stay.
