"Great location right on the beach. Pool is quite large and very clean. Rooms could use some updating, seems like the bathroom is all original. Beds were comfortable. Office staff were so friendly."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Really short walk to the beach which made it perfect for our 2 Goldens as they needed breaks from time to time to go back for a nap. The pool was more than expected, spent a few relaxing hours there as well when we were finishing our day from the beach. We would stay here again for sure. Thanks!"

"We enjoyed our stay here so much and we were very sad to go! The place was AMAZING! It is family friendly and pet friendly. The beach and ocean are right where you can see them and easy to access. Utilize the outdoor shower to helo with sand tracking in and out. The laundry room is located down stairs next to the outdoor shower. Bring extra big spray!!! The flies bite pretty good right before a rain. We aren't a super wealthy family so our main chunk of money went to the house so we cooked everything at the house. The trash service runs once a week so it was a tight squeeze for 6 people for a whole week but we made it work! There are beautiful views and breathtaking sunrises and you can sit on the deck or in the living room and see it because of the massive windows in the living room! When the tide goes out at night you can go explore and find all kinds of creatures in thw shallows. Wear sunscreen! And we made sure to have hats on and that helped alot! Overall we highly recommend this place and it is private as well. It was well worth the money and it was a wonderful experience!"

"The place was perfect! The beach was a 3 minute walk and literally NO ONE was there. The beach is very short but still room in the soft sand to setup a tent/canopy. We could walk about 50 yards and still be knee deep during high tide. The house and surrounding area was so quite and peaceful, we'd sit on the front porch and just listen to nature. With ZERO light pollution you could see the Milky Way at night.My recommendation to travelers is to stop in Panacea or Carrabelle and stock up on food and snacks. No one delivers and restaurants are about 20 minutes away so come prepared. We had an absolute blast and will definitely be back."

"So much effort put into the inside of this beautiful place. So nice to be in a place that gives you water, snacks, coffee! The host was available for any questions and responded promptly. The description by Expedia was incorrect because it is a one bedroom not a two bedroom. This was not the host fault. The convenience, cleanliness, and beauty more than made up for only having one bedroom."

"The house was perfect for our family, especially my mom who has trouble walking. The elevator worked perfectly, the boardwalk was short and close to the ocean. She and my dad loved sitting on the deck and watching us all on the beach. Communication was great, including updates on the tropical storm. We would definitely recommend this rental. We hope to stay again!"
