  • Greet the day with a renewed sense of optimism when you wake up to the tranquil bay setting. Drink your morning coffee and watch the fish jump and the birds fly over the water. The local wildlife is truly breathtaking. After a day at the beach, spend your evenings cooking dinner and relaxing while playing pool. The sunsets are something to truly marvel at as you relax your day away.

    Great local fishing available for trout, flounder, redfish, and spanish mackerel. Fish offshore for grouper, amberjack, cobia and snapper. Bald Point State Park is a located just around the corner. Golf at Wildwood, or St. James Bay, just 15 minutes away.

    Game room has a pool table that is connected to the kitchen and very spacious. Comfortably sleeps 4 people.

Very clean and comfortable. Every thing supplied for a nice relaxing stay. Wonderful view of the back bay and marshes. Not really a negative but the side fences only go to the water on one side in the back of property. Front yard is nicely fenced so no worries with the pet there.

This was our 4th stay at Fritz. The house and location are perfect for us. Close to nothing, but not far from everything! The fenced yard is just what we need for our pup and the peaceful views and atmosphere are just what we need for us. As always, Adam was most accommodating, addressing any need we had. Lovely setting by the bay

We enjoyed and needed this respite from the hustle and bustle of life. The property was beautiful and such a peaceful setting overlooking the bay and the marsh. We brought our kayak and enjoyed paddling up the little inlet and out into the bay. The dog enjoyed the stay as well. The fenced in front yard was convenient. The home was comfortable and clean.

Secluded Beach Stat

If you want a place to stay close to several beaches, but do not want to be in the middle of everything, this is your place. Pet friendly is a big plus with a fenced in front yard and mostly fenced in back yard. My family enjoyed our stay here.

We arrived around 6 pm and everything was just perfect..this is a very quiet neighborhood..with a beautiful view of Alligator Harbor..you are just minutes from the beach and close enoughto Carrabelle and Panacea and fine dining..the back deck was the perfect place to sit and chat and enjoy the view and serenity..definitely will be back..

Seclusion with Serenity

My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay at this property and house. The house was very clean and spacious, and the daily views were absolutely fabulous along with the sunsets that were right outside of the back door! The property is also close to several of the state parks in that area which also added to the beauty of this trip. Adam the host of the house was available by text to answer any questions we may have had during our stay. The house and location of this property exceeded our expectation.

Quiet place with a nice breeze

Deck in the mornings and afternoons was awesome. During the day it was extremely hot but we did go and see a lot. The aquarium in Panacea was very good, Wakulla Springs and boat ride was very enjoyable. We tried several beaches and like Shell Point the best. Found good seafood, did not cook much but everything was very nice.

Authentic Old Florida beauty

I spent a peaceful, beautiful month in this special spot. Every day was gazing at wildlife from the deck or the big picture windows, overlooking the lagoon. Most every night was a picture perfect sunset. Within an hour, and right next door, are many state parks and wildlife refuges. The house was well furnished, great wifi, and very safe. There are many unique towns nearby to explore. Thanks so much to the owner for sharing this beautiful spot.

Fritz Carlton is perfect!

My family and I stayed for a week at the Fritz Carlton and absolutely loved it! The view out the back is absolutely beautiful! The fenced in yard was perfect for our 2 dogs! The kitchen, rooms, and family room were just perfect! We loved our stay, and would definitely recommend it, and also stay again! :)
