"Our visit was purely AMAZING. Everything was way better than we ever expected, the property and view was stunningly beautiful and relaxing; we enjoyed sitting on the patios and in the yard.
The facilities and accomodations were beautiful and meticulously maintained.
The hosts and staff were very friendly and accomodating. We felt as if the hosts had been our best friends for 20 years!

"We enjoyed the deck at El Refugio. The beds were also comfortable. Nice location and view of Ensenada. 4 stars on cleanliness because there were a few really dirty spots (top of glass over stove and top of fridge) where a simple damp sponge would have done wonders. Hot water appliance also failed and was tricky to get hot water. But we were able to contact on-site person and owner and everything resolved to our satisfaction (I was able to take a hot shower).
