"Everyone was so friendly and made us feel at home. The room may not be fancy but it is clean. It is very close to the train station and a wide choice of buses to take to Cambridge. However, the 25 minute walk to the center of Cambridge is not bad at all."

I was also a little sceptical when I saw Belle Vue’s exceptionally high rating, but after staying there, I completely understand it. The guest house really was exceptional. The décor was stylish, the bed and furniture were very comfortable, and the location and grounds were lovely. "Great stay on a lovely, clean, comfortable, well equipped narrow boat. Plenty to see in Ely, all attractions within a short walk and good longer walks in the surrounding countryside. Very helpful host offered suggestions for local restaurants and a comprehensive tour of the boat"
