"A couple of very small points to make our stay perfect.
1. There needs to be a shelf or a place in the shower cubicle to put the shower gels etc.
2. There was lovely hot water in the handbasin but not in the shower. The mixer in the shower needs attention.
3. The room safe is pretty useless on the floor in the cupboard. It needs to be at least waistline height with clear operation instructions."
"Best place I’ve stayed on the Isle of Mann. Room was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was 1st class, good quality and very welcoming. Staff were excellent from check in, to the bar staff and breakfast staff all couldn’t do enough for you. We shall be booking for next years visit."
