GORGEOUS CONDO IN WILD DUNES! You don't want to miss out on these views! This condo is a perfect place to kick back, relax, and enjoy breathtaking views of the beach. Located on the top floor of the Tidewater Villas, this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has all of the features and amenities you could want. As you enter this charming condo, you will see a spacious foyer and an eat-in kitchen that opens up to the living room area. The first bedroom has an attached bath that also has access to the foyer. The master suite features ocean views, porch access, and a master bath. This standout condo on the top floor has unique features including a staircase leading to a private loft area with an additional outside lookout deck. This is the PERFECT place to relax in serenity and take in the beautiful sunset or enjoy cocktails with guests. The loft hosts a bonus twin daybed with twin trundle bed, with small TV with DVD player (please bring your own DVDs). This condo is truly a gem in Tidewater Villas! Only top floor units provide the extra loft space and lookout deck! The Wild Dunes gated community provides seclusion while only being minutes from the Downtown Charleston hustle and bustle. The Tidewater Villas community has a private pool for its residents on-site which is open seasonally April-October.

Awesome rental!

This rental was so nicely decorated and updated! We are definitely going to try and rent again next year. It was in a perfect location, close to the beach, in a quiet part of the resort. Neither the beach nor the pool were crowded. This place is well worth the money!

Great location

We’ve been staying at Wild Dunes for years, but with our older kids only staying for a few days, we were looking for a smaller place. This was our first time at this condo and it worked well for what we needed. It was clean and a great location.

Close to beach and pool

We have not stayed this far into the Wild Dunes property before. The condo is steps from the beach. The pool got crowded with a baseball team that had rented almost the entire property the week we were there so we didnt enjoy it much. The condo was clean and the screened in porch was great for morning coffee and card games. Wish we didnt have to go to the rental office to pick up the code. Would have been easier to just give it to us. Overall, great stay.

Great 1st visit to Isle of Palms

Beach walks were enjoyed. Very comfortable sofas, beds. Well appointed kitchen. Our suggestion is to provide 2 sets of towels per person on the rental. The towels were okay, we would have liked to have had 2 of each type of towel. We did contact Island Realty & they did bring us some additional towels. There were plenty of pillows & blankets but no extra pillow cases if using an additional pillow. Stocking 2-4 pillow cases in the linen area would be helpful. When we asked for some they were brought to us. Overall we had a great stay.

Pool not open

Overall place nice and near ocean. Wish there was better communication that outdoor pool would not be open during our stay. That was a disappointment. We tried to reach out to maintenance twice about minimal issue. First time waited on hold forever with an island realty rep and they never connected maintenance. Next time waited on hold for 8 min to then be told to call back during normal hours. So texted them. Either way I'm happy maintenance was not absolutely necessary...

Each bedroom had a KING bed with private access to a bathroom! 3 outdoor seating areas (one by front door entrance, one off livingroom that was screened with table and 6 chairs, and a rooftop balcony with 4 high wood chairs that gave a great view). Kitchen had both drip and keurig coffee machines. Good supply of dishes, pans, etc. Inside eating area with 4 chairs. Spiral staircase led to a daybed area, that led out to rooftop balcony. Elevator down to pool or path to beach. Pool area was great with open and covered seating. Outside shower when returning from beach. Would totally recommend this rental!

A Weekend Getaway

We would have loved to have some black out curtains in the master bedroom over the window to the back porch as well as a book of recommended places to eat. We had never been to the resort and would have loved to have some recommendation from locals. The toilet seats in both bathrooms did not fit, but that is something easily fixable. We cannot wait to come back and stay again in unit 304. The view was awesome and it was just an overall great, relaxing trip! We definitely recommend.

The remote for tv in living room didn't work, opened up and batteries were corroded, so swapped those with other remote. Would have liked box of tissues. In general interior for was pretty and fresh. One thing that could be helpful, if pool is advertised, be clear that it is open or closed, tell us about seasonality of pool, heated not heated etc.
