Beautiful home in Wild Dunes with a private pool and close beach access

Beautifully decorated and tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Wild Dunes, this charming beach home offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and coastal style. Featuring a private pool, cheerful beach décor, and an inviting open floor plan, this home is ideal for a relaxing family getaway.

Designed for easy living, the home is single-level with minimal stairs to the main entrance. Guests will also appreciate the convenient walkway from the driveway to the backyard and pool area, making access simple and comfortable. The pool area includes a poolside shower, while a separate hot and cold outdoor shower and changing room provide the perfect place to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Inside, the spacious dining room features seating for eight, while the kitchen and breakfast bar create additional gathering spaces for meals, games, and conversation. The well-appointed kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a large farmhouse sink, breakfast bar seating, and both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker.

Outdoor living is just as enjoyable with a screened porch, spacious deck, gas grill, and ceiling fans throughout the home to help keep everyone comfortable.

Guests enjoy complimentary YouTube TV and high-speed wireless internet. All bed linens, bath towels, and a starter supply of toiletries are provided, including dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and cleansing bars. One towel set is provided per guest. Beach towels and beach chairs are not included but are available through local beach chair and umbrella rental companies.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property and pets are not permitted.

Additional Property Information:

The private pool may be heated for a flat fee of $200 per week. A minimum of two weeks' advance notice is required to arrange pool heating. Please note that the pool heater operates using a heat pump system and is only effective when outdoor temperatures remain above 55 degrees. If temperatures fall below 55 degrees, the pool may struggle to maintain a comfortable swimming temperature. We recommend inquiring about pool heating availability prior to booking during cooler months.

As this home is located within the gated Wild Dunes Resort, certain vehicle restrictions apply. Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not permitted within the resort gates.

Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.

There is secondary driveway from Palm Blvd but this is gated next to the house to prevent entry into Wild Dunes, but does provide additional parking space. Wild Dunes is a gated resort you must enter through the main gate to drive through Wild Dunes.

**** RENOURSHMENT PROJECT: We wanted to let you know that the City will be performing a beach renourishment project in order to enhance and preserve our beautiful shoreline. While the work involves moving sand to widen the beach, it will primarily take place around low tide hours and should have minimal impact on your enjoyment. You may notice some equipment and hear occasional beeping from trucks during the day, but beach access will remain open and safe throughout the project. We appreciate your understanding and are confident you’ll still have a relaxing and memorable stay by the ocean!
