Isle of Palms - 1 Palm Court is a Ocean View Vacation Rental home on the Isle of Palms offering 5BR, 5 Baths and sleeps 12 people, an elevated private salt water pool, roof top deck with views of the Atlantic Ocean. Beach access path is 50ft from the house and only a short 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston.

As you enter the double mahogany doors you instantly know you're living the life this vacation. The first floor hosts the first of two living areas. Inviting coastal décor is shown throughout this vacation dream home. The dining area seats 8, and the kitchen is very well stocked and has upgraded appliances (Décor and Subzero) and as a plus two Bosch dishwashers. New kitchen counters and tile backsplash. The house has been fully repainted throughout, with white v groove (think shiplap) board and all new light fixtures. A huge, new smart TV has been mounted above the fireplace, enjoy comfortable seating in the spacious living room including an oversize sectional couch.

The first master suite offers a large king bed and access to the pool deck. The master bath has a large walk in shower with custom tile finishes. A large guest room with queen bed and charming décor is also located on the first floor with an adjoining full bath. The pool and large deck surrounds the exterior of the first floor. All new deck furniture and a grilling station provides a perfect entertaining area with bar, refrigerator, sink and gas grill to extend the cooking to the great outdoors. The pool is elevated and refreshing on those warm summer days (For late spring/ early fall months pool heat is available for an additional fee, but depends on the weather).

There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. The second master suite faces the ocean and has a king sized bed. The ensuite bath offers a custom tiled walk in shower. There are two guest rooms, each with ensuite baths. The first a queen bed with custom bedding, and a bath with a custom tiled walk in shower. The kid's room features double beds and a tub shower combination.

A large media room with vaulted v groove wood ceilings will be the family favorite room. Relax and watch a movie, play games or just open the doors and let the ocean breeze float in. This incredible rec room features a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, games and xbox. A full sized laundry room is located on this floor. The large piazza beckons you to take up a rocking chair and catch up on a favorite book or afternoon nap! The spiral staircase leads to a little piece of heaven on the roof top deck. With 180 degree views of the ocean perfect for those morning coffees or evening cocktails.

Please Note: Strictly nonsmoking and no pets allowed. This house is rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis during the Summer months. Minimum nights vary for off season dates. Long term stays are available in the off season as well, please reach out for more details. The property does not allow events, parties, etc. MUST be 25 years or older no exceptions.
