The lower level has a guest suite featuring a kitchenette, den area with large TV, and stacked washer/dryer. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath.
This home is located at 5 25th Avenue on beautiful Isle of Palms, South Carolina. The area has lots to offer with IOP recreational department just two blocks away including playground, soccer fields, tennis courts, and pickleball. Front beach has tons of restaurants and shops. Spend your vacation relaxing or exploring at this island home.
