"Housekeeping came to our room at 9 AM. We were still asleep. After that, they did not come to our room at all to make the bed."

It has become our go-to spot for our annual girls getaway, and this year marked our 5th year renting through East Islands — we’re already planning our 6th.The house is incredibly spacious and comfortable. With six bedrooms, it’s perfect for our group of six because everyone has their own private space, while still having wonderful areas where we can gather together and enjoy time as a group. The layout really makes it ideal for a friends’ getaway.The elevator is such a great feature, especially when bringing luggage or groceries upstairs. Every deck has beautiful views, which we enjoyed throughout the day — from morning coffee to evening conversations.The heated pool and hot tub are absolute must-haves and one of our favorite parts of the house. After a day out and about, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. Makes a great spot for your morning coffee too - coffee in the hot tub - ahhhhThe home truly has everything you could want for a fantastic getaway, and it’s clear a lot of thought went into making it comfortable and enjoyable for guests.We’ve had such wonderful experiences with East Islands Rentals, and 2916 Palm has become part of our Girls Week tradition. We can’t wait to come "home" again next year!"

"The house was PERFECT for a group of 8 moms getting away. Many of us saved the listing because it would be perfect for families too. The bedrooms were BEAUTIFUL. There wasn’t a bad room - even those of us sharing the bunk room slept well. Being on the beach was a dream, and the fenced in backyard was a bonus. There are plenty of spaces to spread out and read, but an equal number of spaces to gather and hang out. The grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, and sandwich shop were all within walking distance. Overall, we can’t say enough great things about this property. Our only regret was not staying longer!"

The location was perfection and it is so cozy and inviting. The kitchen was well equipped and we LOVED the large covered porch where we could kick back and watch the sun rise AND sun set!"

"We appreciated that the host was communicative throughout our stay; however, we unfortunately would not recommend this property. The cleanliness was below the level we had hoped for, and the home did not match the presentation in the photos. We understand that our stay fell during the holidays and that pricing is typically higher, but given the condition of the property, there was a noticeable discrepancy between what we paid and what we received.The property manager was kind enough to come by to review the issues we were experiencing and we are working through them and the owner on a resolution. Several floorboards were coming up, multiple lights did not work, rods were coming out of the walls, and there were visible stains on the beds, doors and walls. If you simply need a place to sleep, this property may be sufficient. However, if you’re looking for something comfortable and reflective of the listing photos, we would recommend staying elsewhere on the island."
