"check in was good, I booked a room that's handicapped accessible with walk in shower and a sofa bed for my sister due to left side paralysis. Her assigned room was not available, she was accommodated the next day, still didn't receive the room with the sofa bed but we were grateful for the walk-in shower. the hotel was clean, the fragrance of the hotel was overpowering, and the staff was kind."
