"The hotel is apparently going through renovations. We were initially given a room in the older section. The room was small, and looked quite dated. The front desk was very responsive to my feedback and we were immediately moved to another room in the renovated section, which looked much better."

"Dont book here, the place is horrible, doesnt look anything like the pictures, you have to give a £250 deposit on top of paying. In a horrible part of london, no one in the businees speaks english proerly. Very difficult to deal with and only interested in your money. Disgusting mess of an apartment, no hand rails to use to walk up the stairs, big glass panals everywhere when walking in, bedrooms a mess, dirt everywhere. Dont anyone ever use thsi place."
