"A really warm welcome on arrival and a good, modern, comfortable club room - not a great view at the front of the building but it didn't matter as the hotel was just a base for getting out and about. The location really works - just a short walk from Farringdon Station (very easy to get to from King's Cross / St Pancras on Thameslink). Plenty of places to grab a coffee nearby (Pret / Black Sheep literally round the corner). All staff we met at reception checking in and out, in the bar and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a really solid choice for a London hotel."

"I flew from the Caribbean, so the electrical outlets were different. Had to purchase an adapter to be able to charge my phone. the only issue was the room was not cooling enough, but i guess the heat wave caused this as well. Other than that everything was perfect!! Very clean room and helpful staff. The restaurant food was also really delicious. I would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed during a multi day heat wave and really appreciated the efficient air conditioning. The VIP suite was spacious, the beds comfortable and we had a great top floor view towards St. Pauls cathedral. Breakfast was lovely but would have benefited from a few different/new items being added over the four nights that we were there. My teenagers did not enjoy the glass frosted bathroom walls and would have liked an area to step out of the shower that offered privacy. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Yotel again."

"Had a great stay here for one night. The reception staff were lovely and checked me in hours before check in time and upgraded my room for free! The room was huge and had all the amenities including an iron/ironing board which is rare. It’s 5 mins from the underground too so really convenient location! Would stay here again!"

"Lovely stay, great staff and lovely room, only unfortunate downside was the Chromecast wouldn't work but we were out most of the time so wasn't too much of a bother"

"The air conditioning was a god send due to the hot weather. The room was clean and tidy, only negative comment, the room was very small. Double bed comfy but pushed up against the wall, so the person near the wall would have to climb over the other. The bathroom was a squeeze, especially squeezing by the sink to get to the toilet. Luckily we both are slim/ish and managed but without not sounding rude, a larger person would have struggled for the toilet and shower area. The carpet in the corridor on floor 2 is ready for a change, appeared dirty, but I think it was just stains for footfall. Rest of the areas, the carpets were ok. However, we would happily stay again, due to being close to Kings Cross station and tube networks. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful."
