We stayed at this property one year ago and it was definitely cleaner this year except for many cigarette butts in flower pots on both porches even though this is a non-smoking property. The sea shanty is close to historic downtown restaurants and bakeries and is very quiet at night. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to the Homer spit makes this a good place to stay. "
