Located in Ispra, on the Lombard shore of Lake Maggiore, this bright 91 m² apartment accommodates up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms. You will find a double bedroom with a compact en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, and a third walk-through bedroom with a single bed. The private kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and gas hob. Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, dedicated workspace, cot and high chair for children are also provided. Shared games and books for children are available.



The apartment offers an uncovered private terrace and a balcony with wonderful views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains, perfect for admiring sunsets. An outdoor shower is also available. Private outdoor parking is located next to the apartment. Pets are allowed, but events are not permitted. Please close the awnings when you leave or before sleeping to protect them from sudden winds, and follow the recycling rules.



Just a few steps from the lakeside and the beach, you can admire sustainable artworks such as sculptures, light installations, and vertical gardens made with recycled materials. The Scandinavian-style interiors combine clean lines and natural textures in a spacious open-plan living area. Air conditioning is available only in the living area. One bathroom is spacious, the other compact (0.80 m²). The single bedroom is a walk-through room. Nearby, you can explore the Sentiero dell’Amore, the Anello dei Forni, cafés, and historic villas of Ispra. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
