"Extremely convenient location, directly connected to Terminal 1 at Malpensa Airport. Note, room service ends at 11pm and they don't have an overnight service, in case you are arriving late."

"For a budget hotel, we felt they were pretty good. We were barely in the hotel but for the times we were, the staff were extremely helpful, especially Mateo. He’s always so friendly and willing to help. We did make use of the airport shuttle and is quite a good service to have since the hotel is quite close to the airport. We enjoyed our stay and the only feedback we have would be if water could be provided complimentary in the room."

"The property is extremely close to the airport. Perfect for when you only need a night or so. They have a shuttle that’s €5 which is super convenient. Pretty much runs all the time. Call once you pick up your bags and they are there within five minutes.Beds were comfortable shower had great hot water. My flight was early so I didn’t have any of the breakfast. Nothing fancy, but definitely extremely convenient and comfortable."

"The hotel was in close proximity to the airport and you could actually walk from terminal two to the hotel although it was not advised. I enjoyed that the breakfast was offered at 5 AM for the travelers that leave early in the morning overall it was a convenient location."

"The room was wonderful Very clean. Bed comfortable. Awesome shower. Restaurant for dinner was very good. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The shuttle was quick and on time. The history of the property is so interesting and pictures on the walls show this."

"Fabulous boutique hotel. All the staff were exceedingly courteous and helpful. Rooms have incredible views above Lake Lugano and it wasn’t an issue about not being located in the actual town itself, in fact it was a positive, with the hotel running a courtesy shuttle minibus down to the town and back 3 times daily. Restaurant absolutely wonderful with incredible food and wine choices. Bar offers an alternative more relaxed eating option either inside or outside on the lovely terrace. Would highly recommend."
