"The host was great with communication and responsive to requests. The location was convenient to the train. However, the property needs some improvement, especially with air flow as there was a good deal of mold in the bathroom and kitchen. My towels and clothes would not dry for example. To be fair, I was there during a rare spring heatwave which made the property uncomfortable although a fan helped. With a dehumidifier and potentially a portable AC unit, it would be fine and a fair price for...

"Yes we booked 7 days, stayed 12 days, very satisfied. Clean, good staff, excellent breakfast. Location at end of metro line 12 works well and village atmosphere of shops, market, and eating feels safe and welcoming."

"Room was a bit too small but the cost compensated for this. Water was a bit too hot at times. Cost for breakfast was too expensive compared to restaurant outside nearby. Recommend the brasserie across the street"

"Place is perfectly located. Walking distance to 3 station . Bus to Eiffel Tower stops in front of the hotel. Managed by brothers, they are remodeling.. but was a zero concern for us. Would recommend again and again . Thank you for a lovely stay "
