Hotel ILUNION Hacienda de Mijas

"Great view from the property. We liked the place overall. They have onsite parking for a fee or you can park on the street which is not busy since this hotel has a rural location. The only annoying thing we found was that the pool "closes" at a certain time (7 pm comes to mind) and they literally put up a fince around it to keep everyone out. In the morning the pool is not available until almost noon. The town of Mijas seems like a total tourist trap but has some decent food if you can find the place! The town is built into a hill and the streets are steep and winding. Free parking is limited but there is a garage if all else fails."

"Le parking est payant soit 20,50€, ce détail n’est pas mentionné lors de la réservation. La chambre standard double est très basique nous aurions aimé un support pour mettre les valises. De vraies tables de chevet, nous n’avions pas de shampoing. Bref je ne réserverai plus à cet hôtel."

"This was the best hotel in our 3 weeks in southern Spain. From the moment you walk in the hotel is welcoming with its fragrance. Very centrally located across form the park and the beach walkway only a few steps away. Also in the center of old Marbella with many restaurants, shops. Took advantage of the rooftop pool, although small and not very deep it was perfect for what we wanted. Excellent stay and would recommend highly to anyone visiting Marbella."
