It is OK. Not accurate listing. Not 5 stars. Rooms are not very clean, and bed is not comfortable. The resort itself is nice. Gorgeous swimming pools and perfect breakfast. A resort like that deserves better rooms. Handy if you’re travelling with family. Staff are friendly.

Gorgeous view of the sea, staff were very friendly and plenty of activities within the complex. Not too many kitchen amenities if you’re planning on cooking full meals i’d recommend bringing a few utensils

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices. We were especially lucky to have a room with a beautiful sea view and a private hot tub on the balcony, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The combination of the stunning view and relaxing atmosphere created a memorable experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful property, great amenities. Only complaint is Zac’s restaurant was very Americanized and not Spanish food. Seemed to be menu for tourists. Our suite was also on the second floor so we had to carry our luggage up stairs which was not ideal. Other than that, everything was great. Lovely property close to the beach and nice pool and pool bar. My son enjoyed the kid’s club

We had a struggle checking in but that was our fault for not understanding there is a main hub to go to for checking in, you are then taken to the accommodation. Once we arrived at the apartment the whole family were blown away! It was just as described and with an amazing view. The reception and shop staff were very friendly and helpful. The Safari restaurant did lovely food but the staff were a bit manic and looked stressed and that would sometimes show in their service. The pool was plenty big enough and we didn’t struggle to get a sun bed at any time of the day we popped down there….the pool bar did close a bit early for my liking but it wasn’t a big deal. We really enjoyed our time here

I was surprised that there was no daily housekeeping service. Guests need to contact reception if they would like fresh towels; otherwise, they have to keep using the same ones. Also, no one comes to make the bed. The breakfast buffet was smaller than expected. That said, the staff were very friendly and approachable.

2nd time here so that tells you all you need to know. Cracking value for what you pay. You do need a car to get around but I always do anyway. Reasonable food and drink prices at bars and restaurant, happy hours are a handy as well as the kids club! My only gripe and it’s a very minor thing is they only come and give the room a clean or change towels once every 4 or 5 days. And with a family of 4 it isn’t quite enough. The washing machine, dishwasher, oven, airdryer on balcony all make it so convenient and helps keep costs down. Will return again 100%
