My recent stay at Ajwa Sultanahmet was nothing short of spectacular. Nestled in the heart of Old Istanbul, this luxurious hotel offers an experience that beautifully marries opulence with warmth, making every guest feel like royalty. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the meticulous attention to detail in the decor, which reflects the rich history and culture of the area. The rooms are sumptuously appointed, with comfortable furnishings and all the modern amenities one could wish for, all while maintaining a charmingly authentic Ottoman aesthetic. What truly sets Ajwa Sultanahmet apart, however, is its staff. Every team member I encountered was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. Location not suitable for people with disablilities or other walking difficulties. The area is surrounded by steep hills, narrow cobbled streets with broken and loose stones. The staff are very enthusiastic and probably need to be aware of the difference between providing an excellent service and over selling their products and services.

Beautiful property with excellent staff. Great place to stay if you want to truly experience Turkish culture in the middle of Istanbul’s old town. Most everything is very walkable from the property. We would stay here again when visiting Istanbul.
