Welcoming and friendly team

We had a lovely time at this place. It has a cozy environment, but most importantly the receptionist who's name was Eren was very patient, friendly and helpful with all our inquiries. Which is so important when you're in a new city. Also the lady who was working in the kitchen called Makbule, was very welcoming too and we had some delicious authentic Turkish breakfast. Overall definitely recommend this place.

Centrally located

The rooms were excellent and pretty big. The bed was cozy and the wi-fi was fast and reliable. I parked my rental vehicle and did not have to use it since all of the attractions were within a 20-minute walk from the hotel. I would stay again.

Nice hotel with Turkish charm. Room was spacious for one. Walkable to the major tourist sites, but area around hotel had limited options for dining. However, in the heart of the Old City so very walkable to many sites!

I highly recommended this hotel. Got the best deal of this clean and comfortable stay at such reasonable price. Receptionist/manager Mr. Furkan Seker was friendly and exceptional helpful in managing our luggage and laundries.

The Albinas Hotel Old City far exceeded our expectations!! From check-in to check-out we can’t fault anything. The room was exceptionally clean with all the typical amenities one would expect. The area around the hotel was extraordinary good for access to excellent food, shopping, and sites. We were even within 5-10 minute leisurely walks to several iconic Istanbul symbols like the exquisite Blue Mosque and the incredible Hagia Sofia! Also within walking distance was the immense Grand Bazaar. There was literally something excellent to experience in every direction we walked. As well we took a wonderful three hour Bosphorus Strait tour that was arranged through the hotel and we were picked up at the hotels front door in a bus and drove to the boat - then back. The breakfast in the spotless indoor terrace was fantastic with so many choices and there were a few new choices each day. The absolute highlight of the hotel were the incredible staff. Every one of them could not have been more friendly, kind, gracious, and above and beyond helpful. They all will be part of our perfect memories of this hotel and this amazing city! Special shout out to our new cat friend that greeted us on the steps of the hotel every morning.

Staff were mostly very helpful had an issue with the air con in our room it was either on all the time or off. Took a couple of days to resolve which was inconvenient especially at night. Roof top was lovely and never busy ( no bar ) staff had no issues with us taking our own drinks though. Room was a tad small but had everything and the beds were very comfortable. Great location for the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia as well as the Grand Bizarre although we found that very over rated. All in a very nice spot to start for a short break to Istanbul . Some of the restaurants locally were very average though food was much better in Kadikoy and a lot cheaper. Thank you to Furkan and Gosiki for arranging our Taxis to and from the airport.

A gem in the Old City. Super convenient to Blue Mosque Hagia Sophia and other attractions. Can walk almost anywhere we went. Varied, tasty and generous breakfast. Newer hotel for area. Clean and well maintained. Good value for cost. Highly recommend. Would stay again on next visit.

We had absolutely amazing stay at the hotel. It is located in the heart of the old city of Istanbul, just around the corner from the blue mosque. The room was very cute. Kiva pieni hotelli. A small and Nice hotel. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Friendly staff. Hyvä aamiainen. Good breakfast. Siisteystaso hyvä mutta äänekäs joka päivä muutaman tunnin. Cleaning is good but in this small hotel you can here it happening everyday. Jos siis kaipaat rauhaa aamupäiviin, et voi välttyä erilaisilta ääniltä kerroksista ja käytäviltä. If you want to be calm and sleep in your holiday mornings, you will not avoid cleaning sounds from the corridors or other rooms to be fixed, even if your own roomwill be left for another time. Henkilökunta on avuliasta ja ystävällistä koko hotellissa. The staff is very Nice and helpfull in this hotel everywhere. All of them wants you to Stay and Have a Nice time. Hissi löytyy mutta päästäksesi käyttämään sitä on ensin rappuset sisään hotelliin. There is a lift to be used but you will Have to get inside this hotel first and there is only steps available outside. Staff help and assistance jn providing various tour information are great. We stayed 4 nights. Although a few blocks away from Blue Mosque and all major attractions, walking to get there is not a good choice as sidewalks and pavements are not ADA-compliant as in the USA, there are no marked crosswalks and Stop signs for safe crossings of uphill streets. Regular shuttles by the hotels could be provided as an option for the elderly,

Småt hotel med sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Det kunne ikke ligge meget bedre til den pris. Alle store seværdigheder er inden for kort afstand på ben. Fin morgenmad og meget hjælpsomt personale. Værelset var fint, men småt og desværre med udsigt til byggeplads.
