Very nice staff, quiet property - something rare in Istanbul - good working air conditioner, comfortable bed, lots of storage, great shower, private balcony attached to room, elevator, and walking distance to grocery and 20 minutes downhill to the Besiktas city centre. Free daily breakfast included. On the other hand, Wi-Fi is very slow, housekeeping is very hit or miss, and despite listing washer and dryer as an amenity, it's not accessible by guest and an extra fee to have clothes laundered by staff. Overall, a very good, comfortable stay with a few shortcomings.

Maç için Gittik çok guzel karşılandık otelin konumu biraz besiktaş çarşıya ve stada uzak sadece bu biraz bizi yordu maç günü oldogu için araç kulanamadik yürüyerek gittik ama bizim için keyifli geçti güzeldi

Otel Beşiktaş'te çok güzel ve sakin bir konumda bulunuyor. Birçok yere yürüyerek ulaşabildim. Oda çok ferah ve genişti. Odada ihtiyacım olabilecek her şey vardı. Mutfak eşyalarından çalışma masasına çok iyi donatılmış bir odaydı. Sabah odaya kahvaltı hizmetinin de olması çok güzeldi. Resepsiyon her konuda çok yardımcı ve kibardı. Sonraki gezilerimde de tercih etmeyi düşünüyorum.

Its on the big hill near the big road, walking distance to yildiz metro. Very nice and spacious apartament and the best they bring the breakfast to ypur room! You jave time to ring them in the mornings till 11am. And its a nice breakfast. Also check out at 12. Very nice staff can speak good English. Massive apartment with a balcony on the escape stairs. Overall really good. Very close to the yildiz palace newly open, recommending to visit it.

We lived in room 12. The shower was constantly leaking. The location is good, metro is 3 minutes away. It is convenient to get to the airport by metro. Breakfast is good. The staff is very polite and nice. The room is large, everything is as in the photo. Cleaning every day. We liked. Thank you!

The staff at this hotel are fantastic! They are there to ensure you're well taken care of. The Turkish style continental breakfast is very good and they bring it to your room. Maybe it's a Canadian custom, but having a microwave in the kitchette would be a good idea.

A very good place.to stay

It's a nice place. The breakfast is good and the managers over there are very kind and friendly. They help us in knowing the city and never hesitate to guide us. I would have given 5 star but the thing is, they don't have USA pin which literally make me not to even charge my phone. They charged $5 for the USB adapter which is of no use. Better take US converter pin for Turkey plugs.
