The manager was great. Cafer is so professional, made us feel so welcome! He went out of his way to help us in going about our touring activities in Istanbul. Our stay in the hotel was perfect! Highly recommended.

The room was clean and hotel is centrally located and close to all attractions in Sultanahmet. The front desk people are very helpful and has exceptional customer service - Rajesh and another bald guy who’s extremely nice .

We stayed for two nights at the hotel in the central Old Town, near the Blue Mosque. The location is very convenient. The staff were friendly and kindly allowed us to store our luggage on checkout day before our flight. We loved the buffet-style breakfast—it offered a wide variety of delicious vegetables, all cooked perfectly. The only minor issues were that the coffee machine was not working during our stay, so we had tea in the mornings, and the toilet was running and making loud noises, but it was fixed the next day.

The staff who served us were very professional and friendly, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and with several options . The hotel is centrally located for walking to many famous sites, such as the Blue Mosque is a 5-minute walk away, Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern are about a 10-minute walk away, and the Grand Bazaar is about a 20-minute walk away. We would definitely stay there again.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from the blue mosque. The roof tip terrace is super nice. Staff is friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are a litttle bit outdated, but fulfilled its purpose. Breakfast buffet had lots of choices, many local dishes. We had a really good time.

The location is excellent with a short walk to Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet for Istanbul and very convenient for public transport like taxi and tram. The breakfast is served on the top floor or on the terrace which was really nice on sunny mornings as it had a great view of local attractions. The bedding and linen were basic but clean, and considering the price to be expected.
