The hotel is located right in the center of Istanbul. From the hotel, you can reach all the sights within a 10-15 minute walk, including the Sultanahmet Blue Mosque, or take a boat trip on the Bosphorus. There is no sea view from the back of the hotel. There is no balcony or terrace view during breakfast. The room is 15 square meters, which is acceptable. A table is provided, perhaps allowing you to enjoy tea or coffee in the private atmosphere of your room in the evening with a friend or partner. The hotel service is good. The breakfast is good, but the coffee is not good—it's basically chemical coffee. You should try to get good coffee at Starbucks or a Turkish coffee shop. In conclusion: The price is €10-20 more expensive per night compared to alternative hotels, but there is no police holding cell in the basement for criminals.

They went out of the way to help and give us directions and even send an employee to take us to places. This property is three minutes walking distance to the Blue Mosque and the Sophia, excellent location. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is centrally located, which is great. If you are physically impaired at all, this is not the hotel for you. To enter you have to go down quite a fewfairly steep stairs. The rooms are nice and clean.the staff are lovely and very helpful. 7 mins walk to the Bazaar and 10 mins to Basiical Cistern and other main attractions. We did like the loaction a lot.

Aybar Hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of most major sites within the Faith district. The rooms are nice however we had issues with our shower not draining properly and creating a pool of water. This did not stop us enjoying our stay. The staff are great and try their best to assist even with language barriers. Thanks for looking after us Aubar
