Rooms were spacious. They were very accommodating. We were traveling with 3 kids, we stayed in a suite and helped us set up beds for the kids. Anything we needed the staff was readily available to help. Everyone spoke English very well which is a bonus for me as my Turkish isn’t that great.

I had a wonderful 10 day stay at The Bentley Hotel. The Penthouse room is spacious with a fantastic large balcony. The room was clean & well stocked with amenities. Every member of the hotel staff was welcoming, friendly & treated me like family. Would recommend to anyone & I will definitely be going back!

Short stay in Istanbul

The hotel restoration is great, modern zen and comfortable. I can suggest to add towel hangers in the bathroom, the shower floor can be slippery and finally I did not understand in the beginning what you mean by “Special Class” , I suggest to be more specific for your future customers to avoid surprises.

The staff was horrible.. there was nonwater in the room besides us telling them everyday to keep it.. we gad to ask for glasses and cups everyday The above us had sounds of moving furniture all night forn7 days..it seemed as if it was possessed by spirits. The staff was bad at tye counter ,rude and not warm at all. I will never recommend anyone staying at this horrible hotel.

good overall

The hotel was good overall, but the charger in our room was not working which was inconvenient. We asked for a room higher up but they didn't accommodate it so there was noise coming from outside. The staff was constantly arguing between themselves and it was disturbing.
