Good stay

Overall a good stay. The room is simple but spacious. Good choice for families as there’s Netflix on the TV. The staff was helpful, especially Salem. Location is good.

Personal ist unfreundlich. Die Lage ist schrecklich. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Unser Zimmer war voll mit Schimmel. Es wurde nicht richtig sauber gemacht.

My first choice for a hotel!

Can't thank those guys or even express how pleasant and joyful my atay was there! I never take time to write lengthy reviews but they totally deserve it. Starting with the reception staff, they were very respectful and professional, spoke multiple languages which definitely helps! The hotel owner welcomed me into the hotel got my luggage to the room and showed my around everything and explain what to do in case of any issues. The room it self was amazing, very clean with daily cleaning services, spacious with a modern AC and smart TV that you could link your phone to or watch the already installed premium channels. The terrace view is magnificent! Local transport is only 5 mins walk but you can literally walk to the main sites such as grand bazar, aya sofia and the blue mosque. The hotel owner arranged for me to view the city recommend some hidden gems that are only known by true locals and even arranged me a transfer to the airport for such a good price while everyone i asked wanted triple of what i ended up paying. Honestly no matter how much i praise them I can't do them justice, thanks for everything and will definitely see you soon next time i am in Istanbul.

Das Zimmer hatte keine Fenster, es hat darin schrecklich gerochen und das Zimmer hat sich direkt neben der Rezeption befunden, quasi im Abstellbereich. Die Unterkunft hat keinerlei Sicherheit gewährleistet und die Gegend war sehr gefährlich so das eine Übernachtung in dem Hotel unmöglich war. Wir mussten leider mit der Ankunft sofort wieder abreisen und auf unsere Wünsche ist niemand eingegangen. Wir hatten ein kleines Kind mit uns und in einem Zimmer ohne Fenster ohne Belüftung wäre es garantiert krank geworden.
