Perfect pre-cruise hotel

The service was amazing and very friendly. We had a last minute reservation and they arranged transportation to the hotel and to our cruise ship the next day. Breakfast was good. Coffee was ok. The honeycomb at the breakfast bar was huge.

Beautiful property but the traffic noise was crazy. Had to use earplugs to sleep. The kitchen was more than accommodating for my dietary restrictions of gluten free. Even the breakfast buffet was accommodating. Close to transit if you’re adventurous. Staff more than happy to please.

The hotel was everything I had wanted. The staff is courteous and attentive, and the room was excellent. It's very convenient to the Metro to quickly and easily get around the city. The coffee shop is a wonderful place to relax and plan the day, while the rooftop restaurant has a great view while relaxing in the evening breeze, and the service in both is fantastic. I hope that I can return soon.

Nice hotel.. but walls seems flimsy.. one can feel and hear hear every time another guests door shuts their room door. can hear toilets flushing ect behind wall.

No alcahol is served at the property , I had a suite and it was a little dated , bath had been fixed cheaply and the windows didn’t close properly , it was clean of course and the location is very very busy to get too there is parking , staff were nice and breakfast was ok but it’s not luxury , I would say 4 stars but noisy

I like the staff at Bricks: they are attentive, and helpful and go out of their way to help you if they can. The room was really quite nice and the breakfast was excellent. The only downsides are: trying to park at the property (It's on a very busy highway and you have to attract the attention of the doorman to get a valet to park your car, and the surrounding area which is poorly lit at night and seems rather out of the way and dingy. However, I would recommend it as being well worth the price and as a pleasant experience.

The property is located far from Istanbul Airport but I just needed a night to rest. The rooms are large and quiet with good shower. The only problem is the old smell of smoking. They should have non smoking rooms for the guess. Otherwise the staff are very polite and always smiling and trying to help. This attitude is a plus for a solo international traveler. 👏👏👏 Breakfast was good and good coffee.

Not sure how this hotel rated 5 Stars hotel. It is very old hotel, it needs a lot of remodeling. They don't supply to the rooms basic things that 2 or 3 stars hotels supplied. For example: No Face towel in the bathroom. No USB Charger (funny thing when you ask them, they tell you, give us the money to buy a USB charger for you)
