I really like the room it's a beautiful old building with good energy Just it would be better to put white new clean plastic free curtains and there would be a cup I have a huge handicap..after i booked a second night i didn't feel so safe anymore i wanted to pay it via hotels here but it didn't work. shortly after i payed him ( he said cardreader doesn't work and i needed to give my last cash money i can't withdraw cash). It was working..i am to sick and weak for discussion with translation. It seems like the situation good abused. It's very sad and traumatizing because i can hardly walk and see and it's not a 24hour reception. For 500 tl even toexpensive because floor was dirty and should have real wood because it's muchdirt there and best energy with real wood and windows looked like haven't been cleaned maybe 17 years..orless because of pollution..but bed could be more clean also.. taken care of sensitively carefully.my friend called because of the price because i could only communicate with translator. Unfortunately my friend understood to call right away..i requested to call the day after to avoid uncomfortablenrg but was tolate so i was afraid to go outside. I am feeling my body today start to feel face and hands the first time after more than fifteen years..i love that it has high walls and would have booked one night more but ..i was charged to much and need money for food and medicine and i am to weak to go out and get it. It was very smelly and no hot water i need

Very dirty and bad hotel! We waited for 10min for someone to check us in, when we got to the room it was stinking of moisture and mold was all over the place, the trash bins were full, the shower was wet as if someone just got out of the shower, there even was some moldy flipflops in the shower and a used feminine razor, definitely not recommended

Awful hotel. Don't believe any good reviews, they must be friends or relatives of the owners. Absolute dive. There was blood and hair on the sheets when we arrived, no hot water, no air conditioning, no drinking water, the place was filthy, clearly hadn't been cleaned in years. The owners attempted to give us clean sheets and fix the hot water, but the new sheets still had hair on them. Eventually hot water was fixed, and we were provided with a kettle and 4 teabags, and some plastic cups unsuitable for making tea or coffee in. Owners were rude, pretty creepy and we felt unsafe at times, they would barge into the room if it wasn't locked, and we're always just outside the window talking loudly and looking up at our room. Please avoid this hotel for your own sanity. Location was mediocre at best, unless you love baked potatoes.

Oda berbat çok şey bozuktu ve çalışmıyor oda da tuvalet kağıdı Yok ve istediğimde da vermiyor çarşaf Kırlı yorgan Yok yatakin arkasından sigara kokusu geliyor televizyon buzdolabı çalışmıyor banyo da ışık çalışmıyor ve onu da değiştirmiyor bunlar ilave birde sifon dan ikinci gün su akti ben söyledim yazık suya akmasın geldi tüm tuvaleti açtı ve dedi sen bozdun ve usta çağıracak ben temiratin ücretini odiyecegim ve usta da kaç gün ordaydik gelmedi Pazar günü sabah saat 7 da kapı çalıyor bizi oyatdi ki Temir yapıyoruz Bizim de son günümüzde bize Temir Yok otele yapıyor. Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Hotel, welches seine Gäste betrugt und bei Ankommen mehr Geld trotz online Bezahlung auffordert. Auf keinen Fall besuchen. Und ich wünschte mir, Expedia würde mit diesem Hotel nicht mehr zusammenarbeiten

3 yetişkin ve 13 yaşında çocuğum olarak aratma yaparak bulduğum bir oteldi gittiğimde bana 1 çift kişilik yatak ve küçük bir yere yakın yer yatağını göstererek sizin talep ettiğiniz oda bu , ek yataklı oda talep ederseniz fark vermeniz gerekiyor diyerek o saatte beni ailemle yüz üstü bıraktılar . İptal etmelerini talep ettim olumsuz cevap aldım . Hotels yetkililerine ise odayı beğenmediğim belirtilmiş çok üzüldüm bu cevaplarına hakkımı helal etmiyorum . Hotels müşteri hizmetlerindeki arkadaşada teşekkür ediyorum ilgisine en azından görüşme sağladı.

Bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Odalar biri hariç çok küçük, bina çok eski, odadaki herşey çok eski ve dökülüyor. Banyo tuvalet hiç iyi değil. Otel yöneticisi iyi niyetli, ama bu oteli iyi yapmıyor. Hotels.com'un kesinlikle bu oteli listesinden çıkarması gerekir.

Nous sommes arrivé à 15h on nous a fait attendre 40 minutes dehors parce que la chambre n était pas prête. Lorsqu on nous a amener dans chambre celle ci faisait 3m sur 5m nous étions deux adultes un enfant et un bébé. Nous avons directement dit que non ça n allait pas on avait louer une suite avec deux lit double et un lit bébé et pas un lit double et un matelas sur le sol. Le gérant nous a répondu oui mais y a la clime en faisant semblant de ne pas comprendre. Le lendemain un jeune homme nous a changer de chambre. Il est entrer dans notre chambre a bouger toute nos affaires sans notre accord et nous a juste dis "vérifier qu il ne vous manque rien". C est établissement ne devrait pas être ouvert, moisi sur les murs, évier de la salle de bain pas raccorder, draps sale, on a été mordu toute la nuit par des insectes, un établissement pareil devrait être fermer c est honteux. La ville est crasseuse n y allez surtout pas fuyez.
