The rooftop view was stunning. The waitress can try and be a little friendlier it doesn’t hurt to have some grace and respect. The reception staff and doorman were very helpful.

Perfect location, walkable distance to most of Istanbuls’ historic attractions, shopping markets & amazing restaurants. good breakfast, very cooperative & helpful staff (especially the guy kader Arslan at the reception). Panoramic view while at the top floor/restaurant. The only notice is the stairs at the entry which make it difficult to drag luggage’s (they still can make a narrow side ramp.

I've never stayed in a hotel room with such poor lighting. There is no lighting in the main part of the room, only the entryway and bathroom. We arrived at night, so we had to use the lights on our phones to get ready for bed. The room was so small that the bed was up against a wall. Breakfast was not great, but they did have a coffee machine. They allowed us to stay an extra hour past check out. However, disappointed that the night reception staff member was happy to watch us struggle down the stairs with all of our luggage, rather than offering some assistance. The hotel is in a good area, close to all the sites, but there are better hotels in the area.

Great location but room in bad condition

Location excellent: Haggia Sophia, Blue Mosque and gran bazar very close as well the Tram stop. However, the condition inside the room was very bad: poor illumination, no bed table, curtains didn’t close well, small. Breakfast was fine. The view of the terrace: beautiful!

It was a great location for tourists. The staff were not that helpful. I did not have a lock on my door so as a solo traveller I did not feel the safest. The bathroom was not the most clean either. Overall too expensive for what it was.

The Location of this Hotel is Excellent. I can walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar, Egyptian Bazaar all Under 10 Minutes. So it's just perfect

Chambre catastrophique

Hotel bien placé en centre ville mais le personnel ne parle pas anglais. Chambre médiocre avec drap troué, porte rideaux cassé, poignet porte salle de bain cassée. La télé ne fonctionnait pas. Il y a un jour ou il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude de toute la matinée jusqu’a 15h. Concernant le petit déjeuner machîne cafe hs un matin et l’autre matin machine a jus hs. Il y a sue le personnel de service qui etait gentil. Bref je ne conseillerais personne a y aller.

På Hotels.com stod der at der var gratis transport til og fra lufthavnen - det var der ikke. Billedet af morgenmaden fra hjemmesiden stemte ikke overens med det der var. Det var utrolig dårlig morgenmad. Hotellet var gammelt, mørkt og slidt. Beliggenheden var rigtig fin. Det var centralt og i gå afstand til det meste.

Achtung – unzumutbare Zustände und gravierende Hyg

Dieses Hotel war eine Zumutung. Überall fand sich Schimmel – an Decken, in den Fugen und besonders schlimm im Duschbereich und Badezimmer. Das ist nicht nur ekelhaft, sondern eine echte Gesundheitsgefahr. Wände blätterten ab, Lampen waren staubig, und die Hygiene war erschreckend. Die Reinigung war oberflächlich: Die Putzkraft nutzte benutzte Handtücher statt richtiger Utensilien und zeigte wenig Interesse an Sauberkeit. Unsere Beschwerden führten zu einem anderen Zimmer, das aber kaum besser war. Auch das Frühstück war chaotisch. Die Teller waren nass und teils mit Essensresten versehen. Die Kaffeemaschine war besonders ekelhaft; beim Öffnen war Schimmel sichtbar, als ob die Maschine nie gereinigt wurde. Auch wurde das Buffet vor Ende der Frühstückszeit abgeräumt. Die Zimmerbeleuchtung war ebenfalls ein Ärgernis. Die ohnehin dunklen Räume waren mit einem schwachen, gelben Licht ausgestattet, das kaum Helligkeit bot. Die Ecken blieben schlecht beleuchtet, was das Finden von Gegenständen erschwerte und eine ungemütliche Atmosphäre schuf. Am Empfang fehlte zudem jegliche Hilfsbereitschaft. Da wir mit Baby und Kinderwagen anreisten und eine Treppe hinunter mussten, hätten wir Unterstützung erwartet – doch der Rezeptionist blieb tatenlos. Dieses Hotel benötigt dringend eine Aufsichtskontrolle. Ich rate dringend ab, hier zu buchen – ob als Paar, Familie oder Alleinreisender. Sauberkeit und Service sind hier absolut nicht gegeben.
