The location is great for walking, but it may prove difficult to get an Uber right there, as they usually stop somewhere close by. The hotel is close by to a lot of shops and restaurants (walking distance). Down a side street ,minutes from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, good views of the mosques from the roof terrace.Basilica cistern right opposite Hagia Sophia.Buy a ticket to enter both mosques and Topkapi palace , works out cheaper. 20 minute walk to the grand bazaar and spice markets. Hotel is pleasant , rooms a bit small but very clean and comfy bed.Great choice for breakfast, cereals, pastries, fruits, several types of bread , hot choice off foods also available and plenty of it . Hotel staff were extremely helpful , always greeted with a smile and asked if we had ,had a good day and where we had been. Special thank you to Kerem hotel manager , contacted us while we were in South Africa to say he would organise a private transfer from the airport as we arrived at 04.40 in the morning. A well run hotel and comfortable .position is petfect .

I have to say I was bitterly disappointed with this hotel not as advertised at all. Elevator not working, the bed very hard. The only redeeming feature was the breakfast..I have to say was delicious! ..no complaints at all ..just a shame the room and elevator didn't have the same standard..Even so , I won't be staying here again .

The hotel is good especially the day time front desk is very helpful. He recommended the tours were excellent. But there were two points I didn't like. First, the hotel doesn't allow the escorts come in. It's very inconvenient for me. I am a single but still have that desires. The girls here are pretty and inexpensive. I have to find the other ways to see girls. Second, the bathroom has a little smells. Even though the housekeeper can remove it but it would appears again next days.

Great hotel within walking distance to everything. Staff at the hotel were exceptional, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Havaist bus which goes to the main Istanbul Airport is about a 10 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again
