I think the smoking should be forbidden in all hotels in Istanbul. Even though we stayed on the 7th floor, I could still smell it due to central air conditioning. The staff in the restaurants and the hotel overall are amazing very accommodating. Very clean rooms. I will definitely stay here again

Shower and sink

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Food was good. We stayed 2 nights in room 510. Room was big enough. However, the sink didn’t drain so that we had romove the drain hole cover. The second negative thing was the black mold around the shower base.
